Stephen is managing partner of Talbott Investments, LLC and is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with investors, financial lenders, real estate professionals, and community officials while identifying new acquisitions within targeted markets alongside establishing the capital improvement programs for each asset. Stephen has been employed in the manufacturing and engineering industry for 20+ years. Today, as an entrepreneur, with 10 years of real estate experience, he has successfully acquired and managed single family assets and looks to grow into multi family apartment communities, residential properties, condominiums, vacation homes, and commercial real estate as a LP and GP roles. His other passion's are his family, fitness, and travel.
