Stephen is Founder and Principal of Talbott Investments and is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with investors, financial lenders, real estate professionals, and community officials while identifying new acquisitions within targeted markets alongside establishing the capital improvement programs for each asset. Stephen, a licensed professional engineer, has been employed in the software engineering and manufacturing industry (Automotive, medical and aerospace) for 20+ years.

Today, as an entrepreneur, with 10 years of real estate experience, he has successfully acquired and managed single-family assets, partnered on several apartment communities, hotels, and self-storage properties. He has invested in over 900 multifamily apartment units with a combined value exceeding $175 million as both an active and passive investor. His other passion's are his family, fitness, and travel.
